Investigated seismic safety of Armenian Nuclear Power Plants (with Soviet Academy of Sciences and American Armenian scientists and engineers led by Academician Ye. P. Velikhov) just after the 1988 devastating earthquake in Armenia, and shut them down. Investigated Kindergarten Complexes Design and closed them.
